The entry website is now active !! Please enter your quilts now. Entry deadline is June 1st. Guild members will have a protected window to enter a quilt from April 1 to May 1. After May 1 then it will open up to any outside entries but we wanted to give our members a chance first. Everyone can still enter after the May 1st date but it will not be protected and it goes to first come first served. ENTRY FORM

- Travel northeast on HWY 121
- Merge onto HWY 820 north, then HWY 183 (Airport Freeway) east
- Continue to travel east on HWY 183
- Exit O'Connor Boulevard
- Turn left on O'Connor Boulevard, then left on Las Colinas Boulevard

Mini Quilt Auction
Miniature Auction – Silent Auction
This years auction will feature mini quilts, as well as unique handmade textile art, bags and wearables. Items will be displayed for silent auction bids plus offered for the ‘buy it now’ price, from Thursday, August 18 - Saturday, August 19 between 10:00am -4:00pm. Take this opportunity to bid on your favorites from a plethora of charming, miniature quilts.
The money raised from the miniature quilt auction supports our Guild so please consider making and donating a something for the auction.
Quilts will require sleeves, but table runners or other items will need some sort of way to hang on the same rod. We will let you know how to turn them in. Jonquele Jones is the coordinator for Miniature Quilts so please contact Jonquele with your questions.
Be sure to include a 2” sleeve and a label that includes FWQG in the info.

The Ambassador Program is open to individuals as well as members of groups and guilds. As an OSQE Ambassador, you’ll earn great personal rewards, including free general admission on the day you volunteer (minimum 4-hour same-day commitment), special Expo prizes and even free class sessions!
