April Program
Jacqueline Lehto is the featured speaker for our March meeting. Jackie has been quilting for over 23 years and has taught hundreds of people how to quilt in project classes, beginning to quilt classes, in junior and senior high school classes and she has taught 23 quilting camps in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Texas. You will be sure to enjoy the evening at our March meeting as she shares her wide array of quilts, which range in style from traditional to modern, and from realistic to abstract art quilts. The one thing that all her works have in common, however, is her love of bright colors. Her work has been juried into the American Quilters Society Des Moines ,Iowa, the Road to California Show, The Great Wisconsin Quilt Show, and the Hoffman Fabric Challenge Traveling Exhibit. She has won Viewer’s Choice on two occasions and received the Best Use of Color award. She was awarded 3rd place in the Bed Quilt Category at the 2023 Great Wisconsin Quilt Show in Madison. We know you will be inspired and motivated as Jackie shares her wonderful and colorful trunk show and her love of quilting with us. Officer Kelley has over 30 years of law enforcement experience with twenty years at Arlington Police Department and 12 + years as Tarrant County College District Police Department Training Coordinator. He has extensive experience and training in law enforcement and holds many honors and training certificates, such as:
